Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of next-generation Telematics and Core Information Software platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern C++, Embedded Linux, distributed systems, and software architecture, while remaining hands‑on in coding, debugging, and technical problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive software architecture for Telematics and Core Information Software platforms.
• Lead technical design, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high‑performance software solutions using C & modern C++.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Design and implement middleware and communication frameworks using MQTT, ROS2, and gRPC.
• Drive software quality through code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Lead performance optimization, root cause analysis, and debugging of complex embedded systems.
• Champion AI‑powered engineering practices and adoption of Agentic AI frameworks to improve software development productivity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related field.
• 14+ years of experience in software development with significant experience in Telematics, Connected Systems, or Embedded Software.

• Strong hands‑on expertise in C, Modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20), Python and Object‑Oriented Programming.
• Deep understanding of software design principles, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Extensive experience with Embedded Linux development and system architecture.
