About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Lead – Python Full Stack Development with 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience, including strong experience in Python, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, AI, LLM, and RAG-based applications.

The candidate will be responsible for leading development activities, designing scalable applications, reviewing code, mentoring developers, solving complex technical problems, and actively contributing to the architecture and implementation of AI-powered full-stack products.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. The candidate should be capable of developing production-ready features independently while also providing technical direction to the development team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor Full Stack and AI developers.
• Take ownership of technical design, development, code quality, and delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Break complex requirements into technical tasks.
• Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
• Support developers in debugging and resolving complex technical issues.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Project Coordinators, QA, DevOps, and management.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned features and project milestones.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical solution design.

2. Python Full Stack Development

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python.
• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices.
• Implement authentication, authorization, integrations, and business logic.
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and production-ready code.

3. Front-End Development

Strong hands-on experience with:

• React.js
• Next.js

• REST API integration

The candidate should understand how the React/Next.js frontend integrates with Python/Node.js backend services and AI/LLM APIs.

• Integrate Node.js services with databases, third-party APIs, and AI services.
• Understand asynchronous programming and API performance optimization.

AI / LLM / RAG Responsibilities

The candidate must have practical understanding and preferably hands-on experience in AI application development, LLM integration, and RAG-based systems.

Large Language Models – LLM

• Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI or other commercial/open-source models.
• Develop AI-powered application features.
• Design effective prompts and system instructions.
• Understand context windows, token usage, and model limitations.
• Implement structured AI responses and function/tool calling where required.Evaluate and improve LLM responses.

RAG – Retrieval Augmented Generation

• Design and implement RAG pipelines.
• Document ingestion, parsing, cleaning, and preprocessing.
• Implement document chunking and metadata handling.
• Generate and manage embeddings.
• Work with vector databases.
• Implement semantic search and similarity search.
• Build retrieval and context-generation workflows.
• Improve retrieval accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
• Implement hybrid search / reranking where required.
