Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java or Python and a solid background in network and security software development. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, drive end-to-end development, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure software solutions. Excellent communication skills and experience working with global clients are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of network and security-related software solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.

• Work with Java and/or Python to build scalable backend systems for security platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate with firewalls, proxies, threat detection, or SASE components in the software stack.
• Apply secure coding practices and ensure adherence to security standards and protocols.
• Drive performance tuning, scalability, and reliability improvements in the software architecture.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including international clients.
• Manage project timelines, task breakdowns, and delivery schedules.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of hands-on software development experience in Java and/or Python.
• Strong experience in networking protocols, network security, and security product development.
• Experience in developing or integrating with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, SASE, or threat detection systems.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and secure coding standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• US Visa (B1/B2, H1B, or L1) is preferred for potential client interactions.
