We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in delivering end-to-end automation solutions, from requirement analysis and solution design to deployment and production support. Skilled in Python, Selenium, and Playwright, with a strong focus on technical leadership, mentoring, and building scalable automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation projects, owning the complete lifecycle from requirement gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Partner with clients to understand business processes, elicit requirements, identify edge cases, and design scalable technical solutions.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication, technical feasibility, and successful project execution.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Drive engineering best practices, reusable frameworks, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and review automation solutions using Python, Selenium, and Playwright, along with modern software engineering practices.
• Evaluate and adopt AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies to enhance automation capabilities, improve engineering efficiency, and foster innovation.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Playwright.
