As a software engineer in a lead rolewithin our organization, you will be at the forefront of building an always‑on, self‑healing, and declarative platform specifically engineered for the management of both infrastructure and applications. You will have the opportunity to contribute significantly by designing, optimizing, and streamlining GoLang‑based microservices that serve as the foundation of our platform. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 7+ years of software development experience (or 5+ years with a Master's degree)
• Expert-level proficiency in Go; familiarity with Java or similar modern languages
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, operators, controllers, and custom resources
• Hands‑on experience with edge computing platforms and infrastructure management patterns
• Experience with edge networking technologies, SDN, and distributed network architectures
• Understanding of networking protocols, load balancing, and service mesh technologies for edge deployments
• Experience with edge infrastructure provisioning, local cluster management, and edge‑to‑cloud connectivity
• Strong architectural and design skills for distributed systems and microservices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud‑native development
• Experience with virtual machine usage and integration within software solutions
• Understanding of security best practices in edge computing and distributed network environments
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting systems
• Proficiency with Go testing ecosystem, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for edge deployments
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and optimization (MongoDB experience preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Linux‑based environments and command‑line tools
• Experience with modern IDEs (such as Cursor or GoLand)
• Track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence technical direction and drive architectural consensus
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD) preferred
