Qualifications

• Strong consulting, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Exposure to RFP/RFI/RFQ response management and proposal development.
• Ability to engage CXO, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AWS core services – EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS, S3, EBS, Glacier, DynamoDB, RDS, Aurora.
• DevOps, CI/CD automation (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CodePipeline).
• Cloud Native Architecture, serverless, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Cloud security – IAM, KMS, security groups, WAF, GuardDuty.
• Networking concepts – DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, Direct Connect/VPN.
• Microservices and serverless architecture design, performance and security.

Role Description

We are seeking an accomplished AWS Cloud Offering Lead with 10+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in AWS cloud transformation, architecture, and solution consulting. The candidate will be responsible for driving AWS cloud offerings, leading large transformation opportunities, supporting pre-sales engagements, shaping cloud modernization strategies, and creating scalable solutions for enterprise customers.

The role requires a blend of cloud architecture, consulting, business development, solutioning, stakeholder management, and practice leadership capabilities.

Mandatory Hands-on Skills

• Strong consulting, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Exposure to RFP/RFI/RFQ response management and proposal development.
• Ability to engage CXO, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience with AWS core services – Compute (EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS), Storage (S3, EBS, Glacier), Networking (VPC, Route 53, API Gateway), Databases (RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora).
• AWS migration services – AWS MGN, DMS, SMS, Application Migration Service.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD automation (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline).
• AWS Cloud Native Architecture, PaaS solutions, serverless, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes / EKS).
• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform and / or CloudFormation.
• Cloud security principles – IAM, encryption, KMS, security groups, WAF, GuardDuty.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts – DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, hybrid connectivity (Direct Connect, VPN).
• Experience designing microservices and serverless architectures.
• Performance, scalability, availability, security, and deployment best practices.
• AWS monitoring and observability tools – CloudWatch, CloudTrail, X-Ray.

Good to Have

• Pre-sales experience, responding to RFPs / RFIs, and creating business cases.
• Awareness of latest AWS technology trends and advancements (GenAI on AWS, Bedrock).

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (preferred).
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (mandatory).
