Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Technical L3 Support Engineer for a hybrid role in Bengaluru. You will provide enterprise/datacenter software and SaaS support, troubleshooting complex issues with VMware vSphere, AWS, Azure, Linux/UNIX, and networking.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise/Datacenter software or SaaS support.
• Experience with VMware vSphere family.
• Experience in Log Analysis.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and other networking concepts.
• Customer focused and team oriented.
• General understanding of virtualized environments. Knowledge of VMware, AWS and Hyper-V desired.
• Linux/UNIX administration skills & familiarity with installation and configuration of Linux/UNIX OS; TCP/IP setup on Linux/UNIX.
• Understanding of storage subsystems.
• Passion for troubleshooting client problems and satisfying customer needs.

What you'll do:

What you need to bring:

Highly Preferred

• Experience in MS Hyper-V product/solution
• Experience in AWS virtualization
• Experience in Azure Virtualization
• B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or equivalent work experience
• VCP certification
• Cloud Computing experience
• Computer Science degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Must be self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and efficiency and a strong work ethic.
