Gensler is seeking a Technical Designer to translate architect sketches into precise 2D/3D models and images, driving data center and critical facilities projects from concept to build. You will leverage Revit, BIM360 and other tools to deliver design intent with high technical quality.

Our Critical Facilities practice area is unique, having the ability to draw expertise from and collaborate with all of Gensler’s practice areas to serve clients based on the client’s history. For example, building teams of experts in Gensler’s Critical Facilities and Health and Wellness Practices collaborate and share their respective expertise to deliver data centers for healthcare providers. Beyond data centers, our critical facilities team delivers projects for high performance/research/supercomputing, command and control centers, SCIFs, distribution and logistics, high-tech manufacturing, and various other technology-rich project types.
As a GenslerTechnical Designer, you will collaborate with our design team to develop innovative design solutions as well as coordinate the design through the phase of a project. The ask will be to translate the architect/ designer’s sketches and documents into realized2D/3Dmodels and images, You will leverage your technical acumen and Revit skills to drive client projects from concept through build in a collaborative team. Your role is critical in the design and delivery of world-class Data Centers and other Critical Facilities projects.
