Job summary

SEW, a leader in Vertical AI platforms for energy, water, and gas, seeks a Delivery Lead with 8–12 years of experience to manage complex product development and global delivery programs from Noida, India. The role requires coordinating mid-sized teams, defining SLAs, and driving onshore/offshore execution to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The candidate should have MBA/PG Diploma or BE/BTech, strong business-IT acumen, and a track record of leadership in delivery, with readiness to travel abroad

Qualifications

• 8–12 years experience as a Delivery Lead specializing in technical product development and implementation.
• Educational background: MBA/Post Graduate Diploma or B.E./B.Tech (preferably CS) with relevant work experience.
• Proven business and IT experience, ideally with onsite/offshore delivery exposure.
• Experience managing delivery in an onsite/offshore model.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery/implementation of the product with mid-sized technical and functional teams.
• Define project SLAs, milestones, and schedules to deliver high-quality products.
• Oversee change requests, compliance, and risk management.
• Handle account utilization, margins, and people management including attrition and planning.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for solutions and development tasks.
• Allocate tasks and plan resources per scope and timeline.
• Provide direction through design, solution, and code reviews.
• Track deliverables and report progress to stakeholders.
• Experience in a product-based company is a plus; DevOps exposure is beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; team player with travel readiness.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years as a Delivery Lead managing technical product development and implementation.
• Educational Qualifications: MBA/Post Graduate Diploma or B.E./B.Tech (preferably in Computer Science) from a premier institute, with at least 8+ years of work experience for MBA candidates or 10+ years of work experience for B.E./B.Tech candidates.
• Proven Business and IT experience, ideally supported with relevant professional qualifications.
• Experience working in an onsite/offshore delivery model.

Technical Skills Required

• Responsible for managing delivery/implementation of the product with mid‑sized technical and functional teams.
• Define project SLAs, milestones, and schedules to deliver a high‑quality product.
• Responsible for change request management, compliance, and risk management.
• Responsible for account utilization, account margin, and people management in the account, including attrition management, resource planning, and people development.
• Coordinate with other cross‑functional team members, both onshore and offshore, for solutions and development tasks on projects.
• Allocate and define project tasks with the team and plan resource requirements as per scope and timelines.
• Provide direction and support to the team by participating in design, solution, and code reviews.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and report project progress to all stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a product‑based company is preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps engineering practices.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in teams and be a good individual contributor as well as a team player.
• Must possess the drive and energy to take on new challenges and be flexible to work and travel abroad.
• Work experience in any of the following sectors is a plus: Energy & Utilities, Retail & Consumer Products, Public Services, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences.
