A fantastic opportunity for a proven and experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a background in Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Financial Crime (FC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring and Regulatory Transformation, to lead and support the delivery of key technology initiatives underpinning the FC Transformation programme.

The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of business, technology and programme delivery, driving requirements definition, collaborator alignment, execution governance and change implementation. This individual will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, technology teams, architects, vendors and programme leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives through the full delivery lifecycle.

• Lead Business and Technology Transformation
• Partner with business, operations, risk and technology stakeholders to define strategic objectives, business requirements and delivery outcomes.
• Analyse business processes, operating models, systems and data flows to find opportunities for optimisation and transformation.
• Lead requirements definition activities including workshops, process mapping, user story development and acceptance criteria definition.
• Ensure business requirements are traceable through design, testing and implementation.
