Design, develop, deliver, and maintain customer-facing, best-in-class technical courseware and learning content. Create comprehensive training materials, including concepts, tasks, installation guides, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, and in-product documentation. Develop customer-focused learning content for HPE Networking cloud services, automation, and networking solutions. Translate complex networking and software technologies into easy-to-understand educational content. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and validate technical accuracy. Analyze product specifications and recommend the most effective learning approach. Gain hands‑on experience with HPE networking products to understand customer workflows and learning needs. Follow established content development standards, style guides, and documentation processes. Lead or contribute to courseware development projects while working in a collaborative Agile environment. Utilize AI-powered tools to improve content creation efficiency while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
