Job summary

Charles River Development is seeking an experienced Consultant – Offshore Fintech to support the technical implementation of Investment Management solutions. You will configure, develop, and test components across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows, collaborating with global teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience in capital markets, strong programming skills in C# and Java, and familiarity with cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in financial technology delivery or capital markets implementations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to platform's technical implementations across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows.

• Support system testing activities including functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with guidance from seniors.
• Participate in go-live readiness activities and provide post-deployment support.
