About your team

The Cybersecurity Architecture team works in conjunction with change and delivery teams worldwide to ascertain that cybersecurity prerequisites are recognised, designed, and executed to fulfil risk and policy objectives.

About your role

As a Cybersecurity Architect, you will play a pivotal role in recognising the 'wider context', influencing and deploying designs and solutions that are congruent with security and other enduring technology strategies. Your experience should extend to modern security architecture and engineering practices, including various delivery models (agile etc). Collaboration with enterprise-wide teams and other international stakeholder groups will be essential to offer security subject matter expertise. Proficiency is expected across traditional data centre technologies, Software as a Service (SaaS) application delivery models, as well as security within prevalent cloud platform providers like Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.

About you

Your role will involve providing technical supervision to design and implement security controls for enterprise applications. You should have a track record of execution across a completely hybrid environment, including self-hosted (traditional data centre), SaaS,K8s, AWS and Azure cloud providers. Your expertise should extend to security design review and control assessment methods for enterprise systems & applications, including comprehension of Security Standards and GRC frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001:2013, Cloud Security Alliance, TOGAF 9, etc.

Understanding and experience of coordinating with other security teams to achieve exceptional customer-centric outcomes are essential, such as working with security operations teams. Demonstrated experience across various general enterprise security controls is expected (such as firewalls, threat detection, network anomaly detection, endpoint detection & response, data loss prevention, identity & access management, platform assurance, application assurance, cloud controls).

Ideal candidates will hold a CISSP or equivalent security certification, and cloud-specific architecture certifications (Azure/AWS/K8s are desirable).
