Job summary

FHLB Des Moines seeks a BTP Tech Lead & Expert to design, build and lead complex SAP BTP solutions across a multi-country, multi-stakeholder environment. The role blends deep technical leadership with hands-on contributions to ensure SAP best practices (Clean Core, side-by-side extensibility, API-first).

You will own architecture and delivery, lead developers, perform code reviews, and drive reusable assets while aligning with governance and testing phases.

Qualifications

• 12+ years SAP BTP experience covering SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Experience with one implementation and one support project.
• Exposure to iFlows, API development and flow monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise BTP strategy, roadmap and governance.
• Lead architecture for clean core and side-by-side extensions.
• Drive API-first design and event-driven patterns.
• Review code, set development guidelines and reusable assets.
