I effectively manage responsibilities in a high- pressure environments, earning multiple appreciations and an award within eight month of the joining , Additionally, the opportunity to work directly with the upper managemnet/directors has significantly enhanced my learning and descision - making skills.

Dislikes

Company has shown significant improvement and growth, however there is still scope of enhance professionalism in employee- related processes, Strengthening employee care, communication and structured HR practices would further improve the overall work enviroment.
