Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced TMS implementation specialist to drive complex integrations and deliver optimized logistics solutions for our clients in Hyderabad, India. You will lead technical discussions, perform functional analysis, and tailor the Blue Yonder TMS to client processes, ensuring smooth go-lives and measurable value realization.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate experience with TMS implementations, preferably Blue Yonder.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related discipline.
• Expertise in TMS product integration, QA, system testing and optimization design.
• Strong Supply Chain domain experience.
• Data Science, Agile, Azure, AI/ML is a plus.
• SQL, PL/SQL, Cognos, Power BI, OS, DB maintenance and debugging knowledge.
• Hands-on experience integrating Blue Yonder TMS with upstream and downstream systems.
• Knowledge of interfaces between TMS and ERP/Host, WMS.
• Travel readiness based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a technical owner and attends and contributes to key meetings between PM, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team.
• Communicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer needs related to product functionality and enhancements.
• Interacts with Product Management Group & Product Development Team regarding new releases and functionality; liaises to communicate with the team.
• Work with Support Services team to stabilize the customer post go-live and pursue value realization.
• Conducts functional analysis sessions with clients to understand needs and develop functional solutions.
• Provides diverse functional support to the project team including QA/design review, environment setup, installation, configuration, reporting, testing and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration.
• Works as a senior member of a consulting team on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, or custom projects on-site or offshore.

What You'll Do

• Serves as a technical owner and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors
• Ensure knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team
• Communicates business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements
• Interacts with Product Management Group & Product Development Team regarding new releases and new functionality and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the team
• Work with Support Services team to make Customer Stable post go-live and venture towards value realization.
• Conducts functional analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the functional needs of the client and develops functional solutions to meet those needs.
• Provide variety of functional support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming.
• Responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration.
• Works as a senior member of a consulting team on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, custom projects either at the customer site or offshore.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ Years of corporate experience. Experienced can be lesser if knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS has been acquired in previous Implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline.
• Expertise in Integration of TMS product, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing and Optimization Design.
• Strong Supply Chain domain experience
• Data Science, Agile, Azure, AI/ML is a plus
• SQL, PL/SQL, BA Cognos, Power BI, OS, DB Maintenance Jobs, Debugging & Trouble shooting knowledge
• Hands-on Experience on Integrating Blue Yonder TMS product (preferably Blue Yonder/i2 TMS) with upstream and downstream systems.
• Knowledge on interfaces between TMS and ERP/Host, WMS.
• Parcel Handling, INTTRA Integration are preferred.
• Knowledge in Tariff Modelling, Optimization Design and Financial Implementation.
• Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, Integration and Middleware technologies and applications
• Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and consultants
• Strong proactive communicator and presenter, able to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization to maximize problem resolution while effectively presenting information and responding to highly specialized functional questions
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of Database structures. Understanding of various functional platforms and infrastructures.
• Travel readiness based on business needs.
