Job Title: Full Stack Architect
Experience: 10+ Years (5+ Years in Node.js and React JS Architecture)
Location: Hyderabad / Hybrid

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack/ Mern Stack Architect to design, develop, and lead the implementation of scalable, high-performance, and secure enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Node.js, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, API design, and DevOps practices. The candidate will provide technical leadership, define architecture standards, mentor development teams, and ensure delivery of robust solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect large-scale, distributed, and cloud-native applications using Node.js.
• Define application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Lead the development of RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and event-driven architectures.
• Design and implement microservices-based solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Review code, conduct architecture reviews, and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Mentor developers and conduct technical training sessions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide architectural solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Expertise in designing Microservices Architecture and Serverless applications.
• Experience with Express.js, NestJS, Koa.js, or Fastify.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and API Security.
• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.
• Expertise in database technologies:
• SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL
• NoSQL: MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic.
