Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Architect with strong expertise in Full-Stack Development, Kubernetes, and Cloud-Native Architectures. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while actively contributing to coding, architecture, infrastructure, and technical leadership.

This role requires a technology leader who can bridge architecture and implementation, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Define and drive the overall application and infrastructure architecture.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Mentor development teams and establish engineering best practices.
• Drive technology selection, proof-of-concepts, and innovation initiatives.

Full Stack Development (Primary Focus)

• Actively participate in application development and code reviews.
• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build highly responsive web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Implement scalable microservices and distributed system architectures.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business solutions.

Cloud & Kubernetes

• Design, deploy, and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters for production workloads.
• Implement containerized application deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and observability of cloud infrastructure.

Security & Identity Management

• Implement authentication and authorization using Keycloak.
• Design Single Sign-On (SSO) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) solutions.
• Ensure security best practices across applications and infrastructure.

Online / Offline Architecture

• Design systems capable of operating in both online and offline modes.
• Develop synchronization mechanisms between edge devices and central servers.
• Implement conflict resolution and data consistency strategies.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Database

• MySQL Database Design and Administration.
• Query optimization and performance tuning.
• Backup, recovery, replication, and high availability.

Messaging & Notifications

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
• Event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.

Preferred Skills

• React Native or Mobile Application Architecture.
• Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
