YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Architect for Dataflow (GCP) in Hyderabad. The role focuses on defining and governing enterprise data architecture to enable scalable analytics, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decisions.

You will lead cloud data modernization initiatives, including migrations to GCP, Snowflake sandbox to production enablement, and Databricks lakehouse capabilities, ensuring secure, cost-effective, and performant data solutions.

• Experience with GCP, Snowflake & Databricks.
• Defines, designs, and governs enterprise data architecture for scalable analytics, reporting, compliance, and data-driven decisions.
• Leads cloud data modernization initiatives including migrations to GCP, Snowflake SBX, and Databricks lakehouse capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define current-state and target-state data architecture across cloud, warehouse, lakehouse, integration, and analytics platforms.
• Lead GCP migration planning, including landing-zone alignment, data movement patterns, security controls, and cutover strategy.
• Architect Snowflake SBX migration paths, environment promotion standards, data modeling, RBAC, and cost governance.
• Design Databricks lakehouse patterns for batch/streaming pipelines, Delta Lake, data quality, lineage, and ML/AI-ready data products.
• Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models; define canonical data entities, standards, metadata, and stewardship rules.
• Partner with engineers to review pipelines, ELT/ETL patterns, orchestration, APIs, and data contracts.
• Establish migration principles for data reconciliation, testing, rollback, observability, and operational readiness.
• Support solution estimates, architecture review boards, vendor evaluations, and stakeholder communications.

Data Architect :

• Looking for GCP Data Architect with 12+ Yrs of experience. Should have experience on GCP, Snowflake & Databricks.
• The Data Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and governing enterprise data architecture that enables scalable analytics, operational reporting, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
• This role translates business strategy and stakeholder requirements into resilient data models, integration patterns, migration roadmaps, and platform standards.
• A key focus of the role is leading cloud data modernization initiatives, including migrations to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Snowflake sandbox to-production enablement, and Databricks-based lakehouse capabilities.
• The Data Architect ensures data solutions are secure, cost-effective, performant, reusable, and aligned with enterprise architecture, governance, and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with engineers to review pipelines, ELT/ETL patterns, orchestration, APIs, and data contracts.

Technical Skills:

• GCP data services: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, IAM, VPC/service controls, and Cloud Monitoring.
• Snowflake architecture: databases/schemas, warehouses, stages, streams/tasks, Snowpipe, dynamic tables, secure sharing, masking, RBAC, and cost optimization.
• Databricks: Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, notebooks/jobs, Auto Loader, Spark SQL/PySpark, clusters/workflows, and medallion architecture.
• Strong SQL, dimensional modeling, Data Vault or domain modeling, data quality frameworks, metadata management, and lineage.
• Migration methods: discovery, profiling, mapping, dependency analysis, parallel runs, reconciliation, performance testing, and release planning.
• Security and governance: encryption, secrets, least privilege, PII/PHI handling, audit logging, retention, and policy-based access.
