The role requires hands-on experience with Azure data services, data modelling for analytics, and mentoring junior engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
• 5+ years of architecting solutions using Databricks and Power BI.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Data Lake, SQL, Python, and Spark.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end data engineering and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and other Azure services.
• Design and optimize data models for reporting and analytics using Power BI.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to offshore development teams and mentor junior engineers.
