Job summary

Genpact Ltd. seeks a Technical Architect to lead Hybrid Cloud & Workplace Infrastructure. You will oversee L3 operations for Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, AD DS and PKI while guiding modernization and FinOps governance. Strong Scripting with PowerShell and a cloud-first mindset are required.

You will collaborate with security, infrastructure and business teams to implement scalable, cost-efficient solutions and mentor L1/L2 engineers in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise infrastructure management with hybrid cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AD, Entra ID and PKI management.
• Ability to lead L3 technical initiatives and cloud modernization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as L3 lead for hybrid infrastructure across on-prem and Azure.
