Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced AI Architect to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role involves architecting Agentic AI, LLM-based applications, and robust RAG implementations while leading architectural reviews and mentoring teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong solutioning, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering scalable, secure cloud-native architectures in complex environments.

Qualifications

Seeking an experienced AI Architect to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions leveraging Azure AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and modern application architectures. The role requires strong solutioning, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable AI and Generative AI architectures on Microsoft Azure.
• Build Agentic AI and multi agent solutions using Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, CrewAI, and related frameworks.
• Architect and implement LLM based applications using Azure OpenAI and open source models.
• Design and optimize enterprise RAG solutions using Azure AI Search, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge repositories.
• Lead application architecture, modernization, integration, and cloud native solution design.
• Provide technical solutioning for complex business requirements.
• Troubleshoot AI, application, infrastructure, and performance issues through root cause analysis.
• Define AI governance, security, observability, and best practices.
• Mentor engineering teams and conduct architecture reviews.

Required Skills

Agentic AI: Multi agent systems, orchestration, planning, reasoning, AI workflows.

LLMs & RAG: Prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, grounding, evaluation, hallucination mitigation.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• TOGAF (preferred)
