About the Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Technical Architect with deep expertise in AI/ML, Python, and Generative AI, who can design, build, and optimize large-scale intelligent systems.

You’ll architect and implement scalable AI‑driven services, define observability standards using Prometheus and Grafana, and ensure every component is performant, secure, and production‑ready.

This role is for technologists who want to code, design, and shape engineering excellence — not just review it.

What You’ll Do

Design and build enterprise‑grade AI applications using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and modern ML/GenAI frameworks.

Architect scalable AI/ML systems, including model pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and inference services.

Design and implement Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG).

Define observability architecture — metrics, tracing, and dashboards — using Prometheus and Grafana (mandatory).

Implement performance tuning, load testing, and proactive alerting to maintain high availability of AI systems.

Drive MLOps and DevOps alignment, including CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, and cloud‑native AI architectures.

Create and maintain architecture artifacts — diagrams, decisions (ADR), and scalability roadmaps.

Evaluate and adopt emerging AI/ML and GenAI technologies to improve developer productivity and system reliability.

Mentor engineers on AI architecture patterns, model lifecycle management, and clean code principles.

Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate ideas into robust, production‑grade AI solutions.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

12–15 years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in an architect‑level role.

Deep hands‑on proficiency in Python, AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and Generative AI ecosystems.

Strong background in building scalable AI systems, model deployment, and real‑time inference architectures.

Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).

Mandatory expertise in Prometheus and Grafana for observability, metrics instrumentation, and dashboard creation.

Proven ability to design and optimize systems for high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Strong grasp of SQL and NoSQL databases, data pipelines, and distributed data processing.

Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and secure API gateways.

Demonstrated knowledge of system security, fault‑tolerance, and monitoring best practices.

Exceptional communication and documentation skills; able to present architecture to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, ELK/EFK, or Jaeger for extended observability stacks.

Exposure to advanced AI concepts such as reinforcement learning, federated learning, or multi‑agent systems.

Experience with GraphQL, CQRS, or Domain‑Driven Design (DDD).

Experience with serverless AI workloads and hybrid cloud architectures.

Contributions to open‑source AI/ML projects, research papers, or tech blogs.
