Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.
• 3 to 5 years in a Technical Architect/Solution Architect or equivalent leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API and RESTful services.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with SOLID, design patterns and domain-driven design.
• Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, API security, and integration patterns.
• Experience with modern front-end technologies (Angular, React, JS, TS).
• Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and hosting, storage, monitoring, identity, security services.
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong SDLC, estimation, planning, risk management and technical decision capabilities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills to lead technical conversations.

This position requires someone who can combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership, delivery ownership, and client-facing capabilities.

The Technical Architect will actively participate in client calls, understand and clarify business and technical requirements, present solution approaches, address technical concerns, and build client confidence through structured thinking, ownership, and transparent communication.

This individual will also lead and mentor engineering teams, establish development standards, guide technical execution, identify risks, and ensure that solutions are delivered within the agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.
