Key Responsibilities

• Assess business processes, Power Platform assets, and automation opportunities to identify high-value AI and Copilot use cases.
• Define Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Platform solution architectures aligned to business outcomes and enterprise standards.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions for productivity improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Define KPI frameworks, value realization methodology, and business outcome measurements.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot solutions to demonstrate measurable business value.
• Provide technical leadership across solution design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Present solution recommendations, architecture decisions, and value realization outcomes to executive stakeholders and architecture review boards.
• Collaborate effectively with client teams, business stakeholders, and offshore delivery teams.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power BI).
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search, and Agentic AI architectures.
• Experience designing and implementing multi-agent and AI orchestration solutions.
• Deep understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, AI governance, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Hands-on expertise with MCP (Model Context Protocol), LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and business systems.
• Strong architecture, solution design, and technical consulting capabilities.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to facilitate discovery workshops and business outcome discussions.
