Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a specialist in a process, workstream or area within Digital Services to support impeccable service operations. You will co‑own SOP development, drive standardization and simplification, and ensure SOPs and data protection compliance.

You will bring hands-on HR tech and system implementation experience to lead technical workstreams, design solutions for complex deployments, and guide end‑to‑end projects using Workday Recruiting, Paradox and Hired Score, while

Qualifications

Solid experience in HR tech / system implementation.
Experience owning functional solution delivery across the full project lifecycle.
End-to-end project delivery.
Solution design and system architecture basics.
Hands-on experience configuring with Workday Recruiting (must) and other WD modules (desirable).
Paradox (desirable).
Hired Score (good to have).

You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How You Will Contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co‑owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. You will also provide input for training materials, ensure that SOPs and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions, offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Assess current tech stack capabilities and utilization in alignment with strategic priorities (WD, Phenom, Paradox, HiredScore)
Identify and demo new capabilities
Support business case and ROI analysis
Manage AI/innovation assessments

Lead technical workstreams
Design solutions for complex deployments
Configure systems and support POC testing
Provide support for complex changes

Skills & Experience
