Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Tech Lead in Testing & Quality Assurance to lead a team of testers, design robust test strategies, and ensure comprehensive coverage across manual and automated testing efforts. The role emphasizes mentoring, process improvements, and collaboration with development teams in a fast-moving AI-enabled environment.

The ideal candidate will drive quality metrics, implement best practices, and coach the team to deliver high-quality software with strong performance and reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering/IT field.
• ISTQB Certified Tester or equivalent certifications are desirable.
• Oracle Certified Professional - Java SE 8 Programmer or similar credentials are a plus.

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
