Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking a seasoned EDI specialist in Bengaluru to own monitoring, mapping, and production support for complex EDI flows. You will collaborate with SAP, business, and EDI teams across TUSA and EMEA to ensure smooth transactions with multiple trading partners, focusing on 850/855/810 documents and Seeburger integration.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, end-to-end flow knowledge (SAP → EDI → IBM Sterling → Trading Partner), and the ability to escalate issues

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in EDI with Seeburger is required.
• Strong experience with EDI monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience with EDI mapping and resolving mapping-related issues.
• Good understanding of EDI transactions, especially 850/855/810.
• Experience with Seeburger EDI/integration platform.
• Ability to monitor EDI messages/queues and identify failures or delays.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end SAP → EDI & IBM Sterling → Trading Partner flows.
• Understand error handling, reprocessing, and escalation.
• Collaborate with SAP, business and EDI teams across regions (TUSA/EMEA).

Responsibilities

• Monitor EDI messages/queues and identify failed, stuck, or delayed transactions.
• Perform EDI mapping and resolve mapping-related issues.
• Provide production support for EDI with Seeburger and trading partners.
• Collaborate with SAP, business and EDI teams across TUSA and EMEA.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end SAP → EDI & IBM Sterling → Trading Partner flows.
• Assist in error handling, message reprocessing, and escalation.

Required / Primary Skills:

• 7+ Years of experience in EDI area with Seeburger.
• Strong experience withEDI monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience with EDI mapping and resolving mapping-related issues.
• Good understanding of common EDI transactions, particularly 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (Acknowledgment), and 810 (Invoice)
• Experience with Seeburger with EDI/integration platform
• Ability to monitor EDI messages/queues and identify failed, stuck, or delayed transactions
• Experience troubleshooting the end-to-end flow between SAP → EDI & IBM Sterling → Trading Partner
• Understanding of error handling, message reprocessing, and escalation
• Ability to work closely with SAP, business, and EDI teams across TUSA and EMEA

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• SAP SD experience would be preferred but is not mandatory
• Experience with SAP IDocs and related troubleshooting
• Familiarity with transactions such as WE02/WE05, BD87, and WE20
• Experience supporting EDI in a production environment and working with multiple trading partners

The primary focus of this role would be EDI monitoring, mapping, and production support. SAP SD knowledge would be an added advantage, particularly for understanding the business process behind the EDI transactions.
