Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Tech Lead in our IT security team to drive enterprise DLP initiatives and data-protection programs. You will lead the implementation of Purview DLP, data classification, labeling and risk controls while coordinating with security, infrastructure and architecture teams.

The role emphasizes proactive incident response, policy optimization and compliance work. You will guide engineers, develop dashboards and technical documentation, and support audits for ISO 27001, GDPR,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Cyber Security, Data Protection or Security Operations.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Purview DLP, Information Protection and Data Classification.
• Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender, Wiz and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of network/cloud security, vulnerability management and incident response.
• Familiarity with encryption, PKI and secure access controls.
• Proficient in PowerShell or Python automation scripting.
• Ability to collaborate across Infrastructure and Security teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage data classification, sensitivity labels, auto-labelling, SITs and insider risk controls.
• Investigate DLP incidents, perform root cause analysis and tune policies.
• Support CASB, Defender for Cloud Apps and cloud-data protection controls.
• Collaborate with GIS, Infrastructure and Architecture to enforce security standards.
• Coordinate security platforms including CrowdStrike Falcon, Defender, Wiz.
• Support security monitoring, vulnerability remediation and incident response.
• Assist with cloud security posture across Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Develop dashboards, SOPs, runbooks and technical documentation.
• Assist audits and regulatory requirements including ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, DPDP.

What You’ll Do

• Build, implement, and manage enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, primarily using Microsoft Purview.
• Manage Data Classification, Sensitivity Labels, Auto Labelling, SITs, and Insider Risk controls.
• Investigate DLP incidents, perform root cause analysis, and optimize policies to reduce false positives.
• Implement and support CASB, Defender for Cloud Apps, and cloud-native data protection controls.
• Partner with GIS, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to enforce security policies and standards.
• Coordinate and support security platforms including CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender, Wiz, and email security solutions.
• Support network security controls, security monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and incident response efforts.

• Develop dashboards, reporting, SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Support audits, compliance assessments, and regulatory requirements including ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and DPDP.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Data Protection, or Security Operations.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview DLP, Information Protection, and Data Classification.
• Experience working with CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender Suite, Wiz, and Endpoint Security technologies.
• Solid knowledge of network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Knowledge of encryption, PKI, key management, and secure access controls.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, or automation scripting.
• Strong collaborator management skills and ability to work across Infrastructure and Security teams.
