Cyncly in Pune, India is seeking a senior software architect/technical lead to design and deliver advanced software solutions for our global clients. You will shape requirements, design, code, test, and deploy across our product suite serving Kitchen & Bath, Furniture, and other spaces.

Lead a small team, mentor engineers, and drive best practices. We expect deep expertise in modern C++ and C#, strong debugging and data‑model skills, SQL proficiency, and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifikationen

• 12–16 years building and maintaining medium‑to‑large C++ and C# apps.
• 3–4 years in a technical/lead role mentoring 2–3 engineers.
• Strong C++ & C#, OO design, data structures and debugging skills.
• Hands-on SQL, complex queries, ERP/CRM experience.
• Azure services, Azure SQL, cloud‑connected workflows.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to RAD Studio C/C++ Builder is a plus.
• Familiarity with manufacturing/workflow applications.
• Ability to refactor legacy code and manage tech debt.
• Experience using AI tools to boost development productivity is a plus.

About the Role

You will work with cutting-edge technology to architect and design innovative software solutions. This role involves collaborating on requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment of projects within our suite of solutions. You will contribute to transforming how customizable products and spaces are imagined, designed, sold, managed, and made—serving industries such as Kitchen & Bath, Furniture, Window, Glass & Door, and Flooring worldwide.

Key Position Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to analyze and design developments that fit sales / product management requirements.
• You need to be autonomous and able to organize your work depending on the priorities.
• Ability to plan, execute, measure results and drive improvement on a continuing basis;
• Strategic thinking and ability to communicate on every level;
• Collaborate with team to brainstorm and create new products.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.
• Stay on the leading edge of development practices.
• Drive high‑quality coding standards, reviews, and safe refactoring practices.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for long-term product continuity.
• Proactively identify technical improvements and drive continuous improvement in code quality and performance.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 12–16 years of experience building and maintaining medium‑to‑large C++ and C# applications.
• At least 3-4 years in a technical/lead role mentoring 2/3 engineers.
• Strong expertise in modern C++ & C#, object-oriented design, data structures, and debugging.
• Hands-on SQL proficiency, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Experience with desktop ERP/CRM systems or heavy data/business logic applications.
• Knowledge of Azure services, Azure SQL, and cloud-connected desktop workflows.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to C# or web technologies is a plus.
• Experience with RAD Studio C and C++; Builder is a plus.
• Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing workflows application.
• Ability to analyze legacy code, refactor safely, and manage technical debt.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance development productivity is a plus.
