Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Tech Lead for Application Development Platforms UI/UX with a focus on workflows. You will lead a team of UX designers, drive the overall UX strategy, and work with product managers and engineers to gather requirements and iterate on design solutions.

You will conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and ensure consistency across projects.
