JOB RESPONSIBILITY

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Tech Lead - AI to drive the design, development, deployment, and governance of next-generation AI-powered solutions. This role requires a strong blend of full-stack engineering expertise, cloud-native architecture skills, and deep hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Agentic AI frameworks, and enterprise-scale deployments.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience building intelligent applications utilizing Agent-to-Agent (A2A) frameworks, MCP Protocol, vector-based retrieval systems, prompt engineering, and modern AI orchestration frameworks while leading technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Architecture & Development

Design and develop enterprise-grade AI and ML solutions using modern AI frameworks, libraries, and tooling.
Architect and implement Agentic AI applications leveraging A2A frameworks and MCP Protocol.
Build intelligent workflows utilizing LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and contextual reasoning.
Develop scalable AI services and APIs for production environments.
Create robust prompt engineering and context management strategies to improve model accuracy and reliability.

Cloud-Native Engineering

Design and implement cloud-native AI solutions on AWS/Azure.
Ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and security of deployed solutions.
Optimize cloud infrastructure and AI workloads for performance and cost efficiency.
Ensure application maintainability, observability, and performance.

AI/ML Engineering

Develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
Implement vector embedding pipelines and semantic search solutions.
Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise use cases.
Integrate LLMs and foundation models into business applications.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and establish best practices for enterprise adoption.

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
Mentor engineers and promote AI engineering best practices.
Drive project execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and data scientists to define AI roadmaps and implementation strategies.
Champion innovation while ensuring regulatory, security, and compliance requirements are met.
