Thales Group in Noida, India, is seeking a Tech-enabled Designer to accelerate innovation by turning concepts into tangible proofs of concept. You will work at the intersection of design, technology, and AI-driven experiences to rapidly prototype and validate ideas.
The role focuses on bridging design intent and technical feasibility, collaborating with innovation engineers and CTO teams, and delivering high-impact artifacts for internal decision-making and stakeholder workshops.

Within the CTO organization, the Tech-enabled Designer plays a key role in accelerating innovation by transforming concepts into tangible, testable experiences. Working at the intersection of design, technology, and innovation, the role focuses on rapid prototyping, experimentation, and exploration of emerging interactions (notably AI-driven experiences), enabling teams to quickly validate ideas and demonstrate value. The Tech-enabled Designer contributes to bridging the gap between design intent and technical feasibility, supporting innovation teams in building compelling and credible Proofs of Concept (POCs).
You will be part of a Strategic Design team within the CTO organization, working on cutting-edge innovation topics (AI, emerging technologies, future user experiences).
