Job summary

HDFC Bank is seeking a Senior Observability Engineer in Bangalore to design, implement, and maintain observability practices and tools. You will work with the Enterprise Factory - Channels, Mobility & Payments team to ensure reliability, availability and performance across services.

Job Purpose:

Work closely with the Lead SRE Engineer and other departments to gather requirements and provide solutions for system reliability, availability, and performance.

• Experience with APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, Data Dog, Splunk).
• Experience with Cloud monitoring services (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP StackDriver).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
