Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Consultant with senior expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP), Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio) and Oracle AI Agents. You will deliver end-to-end integrations, reporting solutions, and intelligent automation across ERP, SCM, HCM, and related modules.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical experience; 2–3 full life cycle implementations.
• Extensive OIC experience covering REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, databases and Oracle Cloud adapters.
• Strong BIP skills: SQL models, layouts, templates, bursts and security.
• Hands-on with Oracle Visual Builder Studio: extensions, pages, pipelines.
• Experience with Oracle AI Agents, agent governance, prompts and REST integrations.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM/HCM/Projects modules and OTBI.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, REST/SOAP web services and security.
• Experience with data migration using FBDI/HDL and spreadsheet loaders.
• Ability to create technical designs, test scripts, deployment plans and support docs.

Oracle Consultant - Technical - Senior

Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant – Senior, with primary expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BI Publisher (BIP), complemented by hands-on experience in Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio) and Oracle AI Agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong Oracle Fusion Cloud technical background and proven experience delivering integrations, reporting solutions, application extensions, intelligent automation, and transformation initiatives across ERP, SCM, PROC, HCM, PPM, and IT support.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including connections, adapters, orchestration, transformations, error handling, monitoring, and third-party integrations.
• Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports, data models, templates, bursting configurations, extracts, and enterprise payment or document formats. Build and extend Oracle Fusion Cloud user experiences using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio), including application extensions, service connections, business objects, pages, fragments, and deployment pipelines.
• Configure and develop Oracle AI Agents and supporting tools, knowledge sources, prompts, business-object interactions, BIP reports, and OIC or REST integrations to deliver secure, governed automation.
• Translate functional and business requirements into scalable technical designs, specifications, integrations, reports, extensions, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Deliver high-quality work across the full SDLC, including code reviews, unit testing, SIT, UAT, release management, production deployment, and Hypercare support.
• Identify technical and delivery risks, resolve issues proactively, and elevate concerns where appropriate.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams while supporting Managers in meeting client commitments and internal KPIs.

Job Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BI Publisher (BIP), supported by relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud technical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud technical experience, Should have worked in at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations with relevant experience developing Oracle Fusion Cloud technical solutions, including at least one end-to-end implementation or major rollout.
• Extensive OIC experience covering REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, database, Oracle ERP, HCM, and SCM Cloud adapters; mappings, lookups, schedules, fault handling, monitoring, and performance troubleshooting.
• Strong BIP expertise covering SQL-based data models, layouts, eText and XML templates, bursting, scheduling, security, troubleshooting, and report performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio), including Fusion application extensions, web applications, service connections, business objects, dynamic pages or forms, Git repositories, build jobs, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Oracle AI Agents or AI Agent Studio, including agent and tool configuration, prompt design, knowledge sources, business objects, documents, external REST services, BIP reports, OIC integrations, testing, security, and deployment governance.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion modules across ERP, SCM, HCM, and Projects, with the ability to work closely with functional teams.
• Proficiency in OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, REST and SOAP web services, Oracle Cloud security, and related reporting or integration technologies.
• Experience with data migration and conversion using FBDI, HDL, spreadsheet loaders, and relevant Oracle Cloud import processes.
• Experience preparing technical design documents, specifications, test scripts, deployment plans, and support documentation, with working knowledge of SIT, UAT, code reviews, SDLC, and change management.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Autonomous Database, Oracle Analytics Cloud, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to secure and compliant delivery.
