Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India invites a Senior Associate in Tech & Data - Data, Analytics and Technology Solutions to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. You will help clients develop analytics-driven solutions, employing SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Databricks to foster trust and informed decision-making across Assurance, Advisory, Tax and Business Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering and Business, Financial Mathematics, Mathematical Economics, Quantitative Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in relevant roles, preferably in a public accounting firm or a large corporation.
• 3 years of assurance experience in internal controls and/or business process testing.
• Experience in technology risk (IT General Controls, information security).
• Certifications such as CIA, CISA, or ITIL are preferred.
• CPA or equivalent certification.

As a Senior Associate in Tech & Data - Data, Analytics and Technology Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients to develop solutions that foster trust, drive improvement, and predict risk. Your work will involve utilizing advanced analytics, data wrangling technology, and automation tools to empower clients to make informed decisions based on complete and reliable information. Within our Assurance practice, you will be instrumental in evaluating compliance with regulations and assessing governance and risk management processes.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and navigating complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity. This role requires you to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Ability to leverage and possess hands‑on working knowledge of visualization software such as Tableau, Qlik, and Power BI.


• Applying knowledge of data analysis and manipulation products like SQL, Alteryx, Python, and Databricks.


• Engaging in regulation, workforce, financial reporting, and automation.


• Managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationships.

What You Must Have
