Job summary

Cerebra is seeking an Integration Lead with deep expertise in Teamcenter–SAP integration to design, build, test, and deliver cross‑system integrations. You will drive end‑to‑end solutions using T4S/T4ST PLMSI and coordinate across PLM, SAP, and Manufacturing teams.

The role emphasizes data mappings, error handling, and RCA, with responsibility for architecture, governance, and mentoring of junior engineers. Location options include multiple Indian cities; hands‑on leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in PLM/ERP integrations.
• Strong experience with Teamcenter–SAP integrations.
• Experience with PLMSI, T4S/T4ST.
• Ability to design end-to-end integrations across PLM, SAP, and Manufacturing.
• Leadership/Mentoring of junior team members.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for requirements and defect tracking.
• Excellent requirement gathering and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Teamcenter–SAP integrations using T4S/T4ST PLMSI.
• Configure and develop integrations for Material, BOM, Documents, and Change Management.
• Work on EBOM, MBOM, BOP, BOE integration and synchronization.
• Enable EBOM-to-MBOM transfer and maintain a single source of truth.
• Design and implement BOP and BOE integrations.
• Implement Opcenter BOP integration using C4NT.
• Define data mappings, transformation rules, validations, and effectivity mapping.
• Manage revision control and lifecycle state synchronization between Teamcenter and SAP.
• Conduct requirement gathering and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Analyze AS-IS / TO-BE processes and identify integration touchpoints.
• Prepare and maintain IDS, mapping documents, technical specs, design artifacts.
• Develop and troubleshoot T4S/T4ST handlers, workflows, and templates.
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and reprocessing mechanisms.
• Perform RCA and resolve integration issues.
• Ensure data consistency, performance, scalability, reliability.
• Manage requirements and defects using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with PLM, SAP, Manufacturing, and business teams.
• Support SIT/UAT, integration testing, validation, and defect resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and establish integration best practices.
