Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. in Bangalore is seeking a Product Architect to lead Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations. You will drive configuration, data model design in BMIDE, and define workflows, rules, and security ACLs for complex MBOM/BOE scenarios.

The role requires 8+ years of Teamcenter experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate requirements into scalable configurations. Travel and workshops may be involved as part of adoption and validation efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Teamcenter/PLM architecture.
• Strong hands-on BMIDE data model, types, properties, LOVs.
• Experience configuring EPM workflows, handlers, rules, ACL/security.
• Understanding of Teamcenter environments, deployments, and upgrades.
• Change management (ECR/ECO/ECN), revisions, baselines.
• Digital Manufacturing (MBOM, BOP, BOE, WI).
• Ability to conduct workshops and translate requirements into configuration.
• Strong focus on process adoption and user enablement.

Role: Product Architect

Skill : EIS : Teamcenter Product (PLM)

Experience : 8+

6+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter

Strong hands-on experience in BMIDE (data model, types, properties, LOVs)

Workflow configuration (EPM workflows, handlers, rules, ACL/security)

Experience In Configuration Is Preferred

Basic to intermediate exposure to customization

Understanding of Teamcenter environments, deployments, and upgrades

Functional / Domain Expertise (Must Have)

Strong Understanding Of

• Change Management (ECR / ECO / ECN), revisions, baselines
• Digital Manufacturing (MBOM, BOP, BOE, WI)

Ability to conduct workshops and translate requirements into configuration

Strong focus on process adoption and user enablement

Preferred Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Exposure to integrated landscape (ERP, MES, ALM, CAD)

Familiarity with Siemens ecosystem (NX, Polarion, etc.)

Experience in documentation and training enablement
