Job description

Techno-Functional / Business Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze customer business processes and map them to Teamcenter functionalities
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and perform gap analysis
• Prepare:
• Functional specifications
• Support UAT and end-user training
• Ensure solution alignment with business requirements

Leadership / Ownership Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sustenance/support team of ~4 members
• Allocate tasks and monitor deliverables
• Act as primary point of contact for client coordination
• Ensure SLA adherence and issue resolution timelines
• Drive continuous improvement and system stability

Required Skills & Experience

• 3.5+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter (14.x preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• BMIDE configuration
• Workflow design
• Good understanding of:
• Teamcenter Database
• Data model and relationships
• Working knowledge of:
• RAC customization basics
• Experience in installation, configuration, and environment setup
• Exposure to:
• Design Data Management
• BOM Management
• Change Management
• Strong client handling and communication skills
