Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking an operations professional to handle disbursement onboarding on CAS/SAP, capturing demographic details as per sanction letters and entering collateral information. The role also covers repayments, prepayments, rate changes, refunds, waivers, and terminations, with emphasis on timely MIS and reporting for secured retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Disbursement related entries: onboarding on CAS/SAP with demographic details per sanction letter ROI, RPS, tenor and basic details (PAN, LEI).
• Entering collateral details and supporting repayments: processing payments, prepayments, re-schedulement, rate changes, refunds, waivers, terminations; coordinating with stakeholders and partners; generating timely MIS and reports.

Job description

Disbursement related entries : Customer onboarding on CAS/SAP, including the demographic details including all details as per the sanction letter ROI, RPS, Tenor including basic demographic details such as PAN, LEI etc. The role also entails entering the details of Collaterals.

Repayments & Servicing related entries : Applying payments , part prepayment, re-schedulement, rate changes impact, refunds, effecting waivers, Loan terminations/cancellations, FC letter issuance, and closures within defined TATs & cut-offs in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders and third party partners. The role holder is also responsible for generating timely and accurate MIS and reports on various aspects related to secured retail operations.
