Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in India seeks an experienced plant operator for the Oral Liquid Manufacturing area. You will operate, verify, calibrate and properly use manufacturing instruments, perform in-process checks and ensure accurate documentation of EBRs, e-logbooks and calibration records.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with SOPs and BMRs, participating in troubleshooting, and coordinating minor projects with plant leads while applying Lean tools for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Role involves operation, verification, calibration and proper use of instruments in Oral Liquid Manufacturing area.
• Documentation in-process checks per BMRs and SOPs.
• Execution, review and recording of EBRs, e-logbooks, calibration and verification records, ECRs and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Operate, verify, calibrate and use manufacturing instruments in Oral Liquid Manufacturing area.
• Set up, operate and clean manufacturing equipment.
• Perform and document in-process checks per approved BMRs and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot to minimize downtime during breakdowns.
• Maintain and document EBRs, e-logbooks, calibration/verification records, ECRs and related documents in PAS-X.
• Execute CLITA activities and manage Red Tags/White Tags in AMPLE system.
• Report Near Misses, Unsafe Acts, and Unsafe Conditions in SHEHUB system.
• Review SCADA/L2 batch reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Document deviations, calibration, change control related to manufacturing area.
• Identify process abnormalities and apply lean tools (5S, Kaizen) and coordinate small projects with plant leads.

Role and responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the operation, verification, calibration, and proper use of instruments in the Oral Liquid Manufacturing area.
• You will be responsible for machine setup, operation, and cleaning of all manufacturing equipment used in the Oral Liquid Manufacturing area.
• You will be responsible for performing and documenting in-process checks in accordance with approved BMRs and SOPs.
• You will be responsible for participating in troubleshooting activities to minimize operational risks and equipment downtime during breakdowns.
• You will be responsible for the operation, verification, calibration, and proper utilization of manufacturing equipment in the Oral Liquid Manufacturing area.
• You will be responsible for the execution, review, and recording of Electronic Batch Records (EBRs), e-logbooks, calibration and verification records, ECRs, and other related documents through PAS-X (Process Automation System).
• You will be responsible for the execution of CLITA activities and the logging, monitoring, and closure of Red Tags and White Tags in the AMPLE system.
• You will be responsible for reporting and recording Near Misses, Unsafe Acts, and Unsafe Conditions in the SHEHUB system.
• You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying SCADA/L2 batch reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• You will be responsible for documentation activity like deviations, calibration, change control etc. related to manufacturing area
• You will be responsible for identifying process abnormalities, implementing lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Autonomous Maintenance, and coordinating small project modifications with plant leads.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Diploma/Graduation in pharmacy, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering or related field is mandatory.
