Job summary

CONTINENTAL SURFACE SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (2003) is seeking a maintenance professional for complete electrical maintenance and safety compliance in a full-time on-site role in Maharashtra. The incumbent will handle plant machinery maintenance, electrical systems, and utilities, with exposure to SAP PM and opportunity to work across shifts as needed.

Experience in painting a strong safety culture, reading electrical drawings, and contributing to project execution will be valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machines and equipment.
• Awareness of safety guidelines and statutory requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety guidelines and customer regulations.
• Ensure safety requirements across teams and functions are met.
• Maintain and troubleshoot plant machinery and equipment.
• Advise on maintenance of utilities and facilities like exhaust and HVAC systems.
• Work on power distribution cabinets, circuits, and motor controls.
• Review drawings and contribute to project execution.
• Electrical certification is an added advantage.
• Exposure to fire protection systems is a plus.
• Maintain safety standards and quality during daily activities.
• Plan spares and manage spare receipt and inventory.

Job Description

1) Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures and customer regulations and policies.

2)Ensuring personnel, team & functional requirements towards safety are followed & met referring to all applicable standards .

3)Maintaining the safety culture & Awareness on Safety work practices.

4) Maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machines & equipments

5)Advantage if experience in Maintenance and troubleshooting of Utilities & facilities- Like- Exhaust systems, Power system & power cabinets, Plant Utilities, Diesel Generator, ETP & STP, HVAC, Cooling towers & Ventilation systems, MHE's

6)Power Distribution cabinets, High & low voltage components & circuits, Busbar Trunking system, System Controls & Motors with speed reducers. Electrical System & its wiring at various voltages

7)Projects contribution, Support & execution, Understanding of Drawings

8) Electrical certification will be added advantage.

9) Advantage if experience onFire Protection (hydrant, detection) System & its accessories

10)Maintaining & contributing for Safety standards, Statutory Requirement, validation & ensuring meeting required Quality Standards in day to day activity

11)Planning spares, Spare receipt, consumption record keeping & monitoring spares inventor

Qualifications

Added advantage if experience in polymer, printing industry & has awareness on SAP PM module

Must have completed an apprenticeship in an reputed organization

Work in all shifts flexibly when job demands

Added advantage if bears Electrical Supervisor License
