Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise-wide Automation and Engineering initiatives, aligning technology investments with business objectives to accelerate digital transformation and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive the adoption of Shift-Left Testing, Continuous Quality Engineering, AI-assisted testing, intelligent automation, and modern engineering practices to improve release velocity, software quality, operational efficiency, and platform resiliency.
• Establish scalable governance frameworks, operating models, engineering standards, KPIs, and best practices that promote consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Spearhead large-scale transformation programs focused on increasing automation coverage, reducing manual effort, optimizing costs, and enhancing customer experience through innovative solutions.
• Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous testing, to create a future-ready engineering ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with business, technology, product, risk, and executive stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps, secure sponsorship, and deliver sustainable value through modernization, innovation, and engineering excellence.
