Job summary

Paytm Payments Services seeks a result-oriented Field Sales Manager to expand EDC & Soundbox adoption across assigned domains in Maharashtra, with a primary focus on Pune. You will lead distribution growth, coach a sales team, and ensure consistent penetration through QR and Soundbox deployments.

Graduate with leadership experience, willing to travel, and capable of mapping markets, planning coverage, and training teams.

Qualifications

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area.
• Visibility through extensive QR & Soundbox deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Coaching and mentoring; quick learner who grasps and applies new ideas.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Devise best methods for communicating plans/targets to the team to minimize the gap between expectations and delivery.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly.
• Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
