Responsibilities

• Successful delivery of infrastructure projects within defined timelines, budgets, quality benchmarks, and contractual obligations.
• Achievement of project milestones, execution targets, and operational efficiency across Water, Sewerage, Building, and Road infrastructure projects.
• Effectiveness of project planning, monitoring, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation activities.
• Improvement in project execution quality, compliance adherence, risk mitigation, and governance mechanisms.
• Management of procurement activities including tender preparation, bid evaluation, contract recommendations, and execution coordination.
• Accuracy and quality of technical reviews, DPR assessments, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Reduction in project delays, escalations, disputes, and operational bottlenecks through proactive management practices.
• Compliance with quality assurance systems, safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and statutory requirements across project lifecycle.
• Effectiveness of stakeholder engagement, contractor coordination, consultant management, and Government liaison activities.
• Enhancement of project governance, reporting accuracy, communication efficiency, and management information systems.
• Successful leadership and development of multidisciplinary project teams, technical resources, and operational capabilities.
• Continuous improvement in project execution methodologies, quality management systems, and infrastructure delivery processes.
