Job summary

MDI NetworX LLC. in Pune, Maharashtra seeks a Team Leader with 5+ years in adjudication and a strong understanding of US healthcare coding. You will lead a 10-15 member team, support queries, and ensure targets are met while maintaining process discipline.

The role requires flexible shifts and independent work, with focus on communication across stakeholders and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Team Leader / Designated Team Leader for at least 1 year.
• 5+ years in Adjudication / Adjustments / Provider Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of US Healthcare processes and CPT/Diagnosis coding.
• Proficient communication and ability to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Able to conduct sessions and provide on-the-job training (OJT).

Responsibilities

• Assist team members with queries and own their targets.
• Manage a team of 10-15 associates.
• Ensure adherence to attendance, punctuality, reporting, and completion of work.

Eligibility

• The candidate should have worked as a Team Leader / Designated Team Leader for at a year.
• Should have minimum 5+ years in Adjudication / Adjustments / Provider Maintenance.
• Should be willing to work in any provided shift / time.
• Should have strong US Healthcare Knowledge.
• Should have sound knowledge of CPT Codes/Diagnosis Codes.
• Should be aware of Authorization Process.
• Should know the pre-adjudication and post adjudication processes of Claim Life Cycle.
• Should be able to comprehend English.
• Should be flexible with shift timings.
• Should be able to work independently.
• Should be able to communicate with various stakeholders.
• Should be able to conduct sessions and provide OJT Support.
