Paytm Payments Services is seeking a result-driven Field Sales Executive to advance QR & Soundbox distribution across multiple locations in India. You will lead merchant outreach, coach a team, and ensure market penetration through proactive engagement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Increase visibility and accountability through extensive QR & Soundbox deployment and sales.
• Identify and recruit the sales team to drive business in the market.
• Coach and mentor the team; quick to learn and apply new ideas.
• Plan market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Communicate plans/targets effectively to the team to minimize gaps.
• Monitor quality parameters as per management guidance.
• Validate and audit acquisitions and sales by the team.
• Ensure team presence in markets where sales and usage occur; travel extensively.

The person should be capable of increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.

Expectations/ Requirements

• Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.
• Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product.
• Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts.
• Plan the market size, span and geographies for FSE.
• Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
• Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.
• Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
• Ensure the team members are in the market where sales & usage are done regularly 10. Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
