Job summary

Paytm Payments Services is expanding its Oil and Gas vertical focused Offline payment solution team. This role involves onboarding merchants, managing sales and operations to drive growth, and defining training programs to enable staff to achieve sales objectives.

You will handle an assigned territory for Oil and Gas with strong leadership and customer engagement focus. Graduation is required, with experience in loyalty business and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

About the Team :

The Oil and gas vertical Focused Offline payment solution team. Includes payment of oil/petrol and gas bills via QR Codes and POS machines. Predominantly dealing with Petrol and gas station Merchants and other Retail business ,handling end to end sales and Operations. Onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants. Maintaining good relationships with PSU Companies / Oil marketing Companies.
