Job summary

Paytm is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to drive EDC device sales in the Oil & Gas vertical across the Purnia region. You will manage a field sales team, expand merchant onboarding, and ensure growth in transaction volumes.

Key responsibilities include leading a 5+ member team, building channel partnerships, and monitoring daily performance with MIS using Excel. Graduate candidates with 3+ years of channel sales are preferred; POS/EDC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have smartphone, bike, and helmet.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution.
• Proven experience in leading field sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations.
• Experience in POS/EDC device sales will be preferred.
• Familiar with metrics-based sales tracking and incentive planning.
