Job summary

Paytm Payments Services is looking for a dynamic sales leader to drive growth in the Oil & Gas vertical. You will develop plans, lead a sales team, manage operations, and structure the sales force to achieve ambitious targets across assigned territories.

You will hire and mentor staff, refine sales processes, and ensure high customer satisfaction while expanding loyalty partnerships with oil and gas merchants. Graduation is a must. Excel skills are optional but helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience of loyalty business.
• Set and track sales targets for the team.

• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.

About the Team :

The Oil and gas vertical Focused Offline payment solution team. Includes payment of oil/petrol and gas bills via QR Codes and POS machines. Predominantly dealing with Petrol and gas station Merchants and other Retail business ,handling end to end sales and Operations. Onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants. Maintaining good relationships with PSU Companies / Oil marketing Companies.
